As a result of is commitment to quality and its emphasis on having the best client service possible, in 1995 Herbarium created the first Client Service Department of the sector and was one of the pioneers of the pharmaceutical industry to do so. Since then, consumers from all over the country have benefitted from a direct line with Herbarium to clear doubts and to obtain information about Phytotherapy.
Composed of a highly specialized and trained team which is prepared to answer the most varied questions, the HRC answers approximately 37 thousand calls per year either by phone, e-mail or letter and also distributes for free the “Herbarium Saúde” magazine which is one of the communication tools used with consumers and has a circulation of 100 thousand copies.
